Served with sautéed diced shallots and minced garlic in a light cream sherry basil purée sauce over a bed of homemade linguine, garnished with fresh grated parmesan cheese.

Served in Axton’s homemade marinara or fra diavolo sauce, garnished with fresh basil and served over a bed of capellini.

Fresh chopped cherry stone clams and little neck clams over a bed of homemade linguine, served with red or white sauce.

Jumbo shrimp, blue point mussels, little neck clams and fresh calamari in a light plum tomato basil sauce over a bed of homemade mafalda, garnished with fresh basil.
